Braised fennel with broad beans, yoghurt and fresh herbs

This is perfect to serve for lunch to share with friends or as a side for a main meal. Comes with a wedge of lemon and a feta yoghurt on the side. Serve with crusty bread and a simple salad if you wish.

Ingredients
Broad beans, Red onion, Fennel, Greek yoghurt, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon, Vegetable stock, Apple cider vinegar, Dill, Parsley, Himalayan salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Serve warm or cold. To serve warm, transfer to a heat proof dish and reheat in the oven for approximately 20 mins at 150C until warm. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon.
