Roast Scotch Fillet with Capsicum Relish & Quince Gravy
A roast beef fillet roasted rare, reheat or cook for longer to your liking. Arrives with a side of quince and red wine gravy and Red capsicum relish. *Serving size approx 200g per person.
Ingredients
Beef fillet, Beef stock, Red wine, Red Capsicum Relish (Capsicum, Red onion, Tomato, Raisins, Red wine vinegar, Brown sugar, Ginger, Garlic clove, Red chilli), Quince paste, Whole grain mustard, Extra virgin olive oil, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 150 degrees, allow beef to come to room temperature, roast for 10-15 minutes for medium rare. Allow to rest in a warm spot for 5 minutes before carving. Serve with quince and red wine gravy and red capsicum relish on the side.
