Trout, Fresh dill, Beetroot, Rock salt, Red onion, Cucumber, Lemon, Caster sugar, Horseradish cream, Wine vinegar, Dill, Coriander seeds whole, Extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Serve salmon on a board, in slices, scattered with the pickled onion mixture, herbs and lemon wedges for squeezing.
