Beef Croutes with Mustard & Tarragon Mayonaisse
Rare roast beef slices are placed on a buttery croute and topped with a mustard and tarragon mayonnaise.

Ingredients
Beef eye fillet, Mayonnaise (Oilve oil (light), Extra virgin olive oil, Egg, Lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Sea salt), Bread stick, Extra virgin olive oil, Unsalted butter, Whole grain mustard, Tarragon.
Preparation and storage notes
When ready to serve; top croutes with a slice of beef and top with a teaspoon of the mayonnaise. Top with extra tarragon.
