Ingredients
Cabbage, Fennel, Lemon Vinaigrette (Lemon juice, Extra virgin olive oil, Maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Garlic, Sea salt, Black pepper, Thyme), Parmesan, Pine nuts, Parsley, Mint, Dill.
Preparation and storage notes
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle a little sea salt and black pepper. Toss gently with dressing and serve.
