Traditional Lasagne
A family favourite! Classic beef lasagne with bechamel sauce and a touch of nutmeg. Small serves 1-2 Medium serves 2-3 Large serves 4-6
Ingredients
Ragu Bolognese (Extra lean mince, Tomatoes, crushed, Beef stock, Red wine, Celery, Tomato paste, Carrot, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic clove, Sea salt, Black pepper, Oregano, dried, Bay leaves, Thyme), BESCIAMELLA (Milk, Cheese, Colby, Flour, Unsalted butter, Nutmeg, Sea salt, Black pepper), Lasagne sheets, Mozzarella, Basil.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 180C. Place foil tray in oven and cook for 25 mins until golden and bubbling. Serve with a simple side salad.
