A vegan bolognese sauce made from lentils, tomatoes, herbs and red wine. *This is just the sauce, ready for you to serve with your choice of pasta, zucchini noodles or parmesan polenta.

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Tomatoes, crushed, Red lLentils, Onion, Tomato paste, Red wine, Walnuts, Parsley, Extra virgin olive oil, Basil, Arrowroot flour, Sea salt, Garlic clove, Oregano, dried, Black pepper, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Transfer to a saucepan and reheat over low heat on the stovetop until warm. Serve over pasta of your choice and freshly grated parmesan or alternative.
