Roast Broccoli & Blanched Green Beans with Whipped Tahini

Broccoli florets are roasted in olive oil and sea salt then combined with blanched green beans for some freshness! Served with a small pot of whipped tahini to dip or pour over. Serve cold or reheat greens.

Ingredients
Whipped Tahini (Tahini, Lemon, Apple cider vinegar, Water, Sea salt), Green beans, Broccoli, Extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Either serve cold or reheat greens by placing in a heat proof dish and reheating for 10 mins in 150C oven. Serve with whipped tahini - pour over or dip greens in.
