Mulligatawny Soup *Frozen*
An Ayurvedic soup that's easy to digest. Made with vegetables, spices, coconut and lemon juice, this soup is an old favourite. Perfect as a starter, light dinner or nourishing lunch. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt or coconut cream, a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander.
Ingredients
Water, Coconut milk, Potato, Chickpeas, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Coconut flakes, Carrot, Extra virgin olive oil, Coriander seed ground, Himalayan salt, Turmeric.
Preparation and storage notes
Allow sachet to defrost in the fridge overnight. Transfer to a heat proof dish and reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop. Serve with chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
