Old fashioned beef stew (Frozen)
A rich, hearty beef stew slowly cooked so the meat is lovely and tender. Cooked with broth and added veggies this old fashioned favourite is also full of goodness. Serve with cauliflower mash, polenta or mashed potatoes. A dollop of sauerkraut is also delicious!
Ingredients
Casserole beef, Beef stock, Potato, Sweet potato, Tomatoes, crushed, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Capsicum, Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Caraway seeds, Arrowroot flour, Thyme, Bay leaves, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Allow to thaw in the fridge. Transfer to a heat proof dish and warm in the oven at 150C for 20 minutes. Serve with polenta, mash potato/cauliflower and steamed greens.
