A flavoursome side dish when you want a little more than plain rice. Goes well with meat or lentil dishes, or enjoy alone with a green salad for lunch.

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Basmati rice, Onion, Pine nuts, Currants, Salted butter, Parsley, Mint, Himalayan salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Can be served warm or cold. To warm, transfer to a heat proof dish and heat in the oven at 150C for 20 mins or until warm. Serve as a side dish to meat or enjoy alone with a salad.
