Topped with a generous handful of fragrant Thai basil and plenty of aromatics like ginger, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, galangal & kaffir lime, it makes a wonderful protein-packed, vegetable rich dinner paired with steamed rice. Preparation and storage notes

For Microwave:
Heat for 4-5 minutes on medium-high or on the stove till hot.
Serve with freshly cooked rice and garnish with fresh coriander, if you wish!
