Our friendly chefs are on site during the hours below for Pick ups. Come on by to 240 St Kilda Road, St Kilda on the day you have selected. Have your order number ready!
Wednesday & Thursday: 7am-7pm
No stress! The team will send reminder emails and texts once your order is almost ready for pickup.
You are free to pick up your pre order a day late (or even a day early). Simply let us know which day you selected.
If you can't make it at all, we can freeze your order for pickup or delivery the following week (freezer space dependant). If we don’t hear back from you by 7pm Thursday, rest assured your food will be donated, and will not go to waste!
Your FairFeed meals will be delivered between 7AM and 7PM on the day you have selected by one of our FairFeed Drivers. You will receive a text messaged ETA window the day before, and again on the day of your delivery, so that you can plan accordingly (and leave out an esky with ice packs if you’ll be away!)
Our drivers start early and finish late to ensure the beautiful food our hard working chefs make gets to you fresh and safe. We do this to ensure our delivery service is in house. This means that if you have problems / any time window requests, you can speak direct with us (or make requests in your order notes). Simply email us on hello@fairfeed.com.au, there are always eyes on the inbox and we will get back to you ASAP.
Please include your apartment number in the address, and instructions in the delivery notes if you would like us to leave it with a concierge, buzz you, any funny entrances etc. so that our drivers can get to everyone promptly. Our drivers do not have long to make drop offs, so be sure to write thorough notes to prevent a missed delivery.
No sweat. You can put out an esky with ice packs to keep the food cool, just let us know in the delivery notes!
If we can’t get to the front door, can’t get in contact and don’t have anywhere to safely leave your order, our drivers will bring your order back to our depot, and we will get in touch to organise redelivery/pickup at the next available date. Redelivery may incur an additional delivery fee, so be sure to let us know if your plans change suddenly. Email us on hello@fairfeed.com.au
A central value here at FairFeed is fair pay for fair work. As such, our delivery rate is a flat $10.50 for most of Melbourne. Further out deliveries may incur a charge of $15 or $25, area dependant.
Our food is delivered in high-quality, 100% recyclable HDPE plastic containers. They are very durable, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, freezer friendly and infinitely reusable. We also use recyclable 100% aluminium trays and paper carry bags which are both 100% recyclable and bio-degradable. All of our packaging can be recycled in your council bins, or returned to our site in person: just be sure to wash them thoroughly first!
No - your food will arrive fresh from a refrigerated van, with no additional packaging to keep it cool. Your order should be refrigerated (or frozen) promptly, or eaten. As a stance on waste, we do not support cold packing, which requires a lot of packaging material: most of which is difficult or impossible to reuse or recycle. Instead: leave an Esky out if you will not be at home or at work to receive your order.
With a little bit of planning, together we can reduce unnecessary packaging. Every bit counts, and we aim to make our whole operation as sustainable as can be!

We try our best to list the most common food allergens on our item pages. We have implemented strict procedures in food production to mitigate the risks of cross-contamination. However, allergens such as peanuts, sesame & gluten are present on site. If you have any concerns about the ingredients in our food, please send us an email to hello@fairfeed.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
All of our Chicken, Lamb and Beef is certified Halal.
The gifting of FairFeed food has been a massive part of our lockdown business. And we love it! You can either purchase the food, and simply include the address and email of your loved ones, or you can purchase a FairFeed giftcard so they can purchase their own! You will receive a receipt to the email you put in, and the email for the recipient will receive the giftcard code. If you have any issues or questions, pop us an email!
We’ll need some of your friends information for delivery: their email and their phone number. You’ll also need to make sure they’ll be home on the day in question, or alternative delivery arrangements if they won’t be (i.e. delivering to their work). If you have any questions, send us an email!
