Queue our new Blackbean, Fried Eggplant, and Bok Choy Fancy Rice. This Chinese-style dish features a harmonious blend of fermented soy & blackbeans, black vinegar, soy, ginger, a hint of chili, and a touch of sugar, all brought together with fragrant sesame oil. Enjoy crispy fried eggplant, steamed Bok Choy, and our house-made tofu, all served atop a bed of fluffy jasmine rice. Finished with amazing umami fermented bean paste, this gluten and dairy-free delight is packed with flavour. A perfect choice after a long day, it's is a balanced meal in it's own right. Vegan & Gluten Free. Contains soy and sesame.

Preparation and storage notes
For Microwave: Heat for 3-5 minutes on medium-high or on the stove till hot. Serve with steamed rice. Refrigerate and use within 4 days of receiving your order, or freeze for up to 6 months
