2 Serves - We’ve managed to get our hands on some exceptional quality pork cutlets, and the team unanimously agreed it was time to make Cotoletta. The secret to our incredibly tender pork? We’ve sous vide the cutlets with garlic & thyme before crumbing and frying, locking in moisture and flavour to ensure each bite is juicy and delicious. You really can't go wrong! Simply reheat the cutlets in the oven, warm the mash in the microwave and enjoy with lightly dressed leaves or a fresh spring salad for a crisp contrast. This crunchy, golden Pork pairs perfectly with our creamy, buttery mashed potatoes; a dream to enjoy during these warmer spring days. Preparation and storage notes

Reheat Instructions for oven:
Take pork cutlets out of the container and place them on a lined baking tray. Add to a preheated oven at 150c for 15-20 mins, or until warmed through and crisp.
Reheat for Mash:
Remove Baking paper. Reheat Mash in the microwave for 2-3 mins on medium, or until heated through. Add a little side salad, if you wish!
