One of the classic Asian soup varieties, a good laksa is a flavour explosion. Ours is delicious (often our own personal choice for dinner at home) - and there's flavour and texture everywhere in each bowl of soupy, spicy delight. Serves one.

Fish stock (Wheat), Coconut milk, Rice noodles, Prawns (Crustacean), Tofu (Soy), Bean sprouts, Shitake mushrooms, Onion, Vegetable oil, Lemongrass, Spring onion, Sliced ginger, Macadamia nuts, Mint leaves, Dried chillies, Kaffir lime leaves, Salt, Shrimp paste (Crustacean), Garlic, Sugar, Turmeric, Ground cumin, Fresh coriander, Ground coriander

Preparation and storage notes

Reheat noodles in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain. Heat soup in a separate pot
Place hot noodles in a bowl, add cooked prawns.
Pour the hot soup over the noodles and prawns
Add all garnishes.
