An old fashioned favourite with mashed potato, flaked salmon, peas and spring onion, molded into a patty which is crumbed and fried until golden. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Preparation and storage notes

Place salmon patty in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes or until hot.

Bake patty in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C
