Veal Saltimbocca with Garlic Cream Sauce

Veal saltimbocca is a classic Roman dish with veal pieces wrapped in sage leaves and pancetta. We then panfry it until it is golden and lightly crisp. Served with our garlic cream sauce its the bomb! It also pairs perfectly with our potato puree. Just add your own vegetables.
