Lamb Wellingtons

Another classic dish which features a great cut of meat - Lamb back strap. We won't lie - we love a good 'Beef Wellington' too, but using lamb means you're getting a more tender and flavoursome dish. Goes nicely with steam veggies, our Creamy Polenta or Potato Puree (both available as side dish options). Serves one.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove the glad wrap and place the wellington on a tray in a preheated oven at 200C for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden.
