Chicken thigh fillet, Basmati rice, Organic diced tomato, Green Capsicum, Chicken Stock, Cajun Spice, Extra virgin olive oil, Oregano (dried), Coriander

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes or unitl hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
