One of my all-time favourite dishes that I grew up eating. On a recent trip back home, I was reminded just how special it is—every eatery had its own twist, and each version tasted a little different. When people think of Filipino food, Adobo is often the first dish that comes to mind. It’s considered our national cuisine, but every family brings their own unique flair.
