Vegan: Tofu Adobo with Steam Rice

The vegan version of one of my favourite Filipino dish that l grew up eating. When people think of Filipino dishes that they know and have eaten they would say Adobo!!!. It is our national cuisine but each family has their own flair. At Eat Real we use only Gluten Free Soy sauce, add some apple cider vinegar and we marinate it over night.
