We have found our new favourite prep meal for our dinners. I have been making this for us, so we wanted to share it with you all. Slow cooked Cajun Pulled Pork with Cauli Rice, zucchini, mixed capsicum & a little coriander. Why not add your own sour cream & avocado on the side.
