We have found our new favourite prep meal for our dinners. I have been making this for us , so we wanted to share it with you all. Slow cooked Cajun Pulled Pork with Rice, beans (butter bean), corn, green capsicum & a little coriander. Why not add your own sour cream & avocado on the side.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
