Lamb Shoulder, Pumpkin, Sweet potato, White potato, White Cabbage, Green Beans, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon Juice, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Cumin Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Parsley, Paprika, Cardamom powder, Broccoli, Ground Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
