Vegan: Stir fry Tofu & Mixed Vegetables

Tofu soaked overnight in our own marinade consisting of gluten free soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. We then wok stir fry the tofu with mixed vegetables on a bed of sweet potato noodles.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
