Vegan Lentil Chilli Con Carne with Steamed Rice

Ingredients
Lentils, Organic diced tomato, Basmati rice, Black beans, Red Kidney Beans, Sweetcorn, Onion, Tomato Paste, Capsicum, Fresh Garlic, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano (dried), Jalapenos.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
