Our take on a Japanese dish that consists of marinated tofu with gluten free soy sauce and maple, garlic and ginger served with sweet potato noodles.

Ingredients
Tofu, Sweet Potato Noodles, Broccoli, Carrots, Bok Choy, Maple Syrup, Coconut Sugar, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Ginger, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Fresh Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
