Gourmet Special: Lamb Shank with Low Carb Mash Potato FODMAP
One of our favourite classic lamb shank dishes. Lamb shank slow cooked in an organic red wine with Rusty's fresh herbs and tomato paste. Making our own sauce from beef bones and reducing the organic red wine will enhance the flavour. This dish is for those who love to have a big feed or even to share.
Ingredients
Low carb potato, Lamb Shank, Carrots, Green Beans, Tomato Paste, organic red wine, Organic Butter, Tapioca Flour, Parsley, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Oregano (dried), Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
