Pulled Pork Fajita with Roasted Vegetables FODMAP
"New to Menu": Our Fajita style Pork slow cooked in our own spices that comes with capsicum on a bed of our signature roasted vegetables. You can always add your own sour cream & cheese for those who have dairy in their diet. This will definitely hit the spot and fill you up.
Ingredients
Pork Leg, White potato, Pumpkin, Sweet potato, Carrots, Green Capsicum, Lime juice, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin Powder, Ground white pepper, Diced Tomatoes.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
