Vegan Biryani with Dhal
Our own Vegan version of this South Asian one-pot dish of spiced plant based protein and turmeric rice, served with a delicious curry sauce.
Ingredients
Lentils, Plant based protein, Basmati rice, Coconut Cream, Fresh Garlic, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Onion, Ground Coriander, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Salt, Star Anise, Curry leaf, Bay Leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
