Gourmet Special: Kung Po Chicken with Black Rice FODMAP
Kung Po Chicken is a spicy stir fry dish. This dish was named after a court official from the Sichuan province in Qing Dynasty who loved his spicy stir fry. A favourite popular dish that has a slightly salty, tangy and spicy comes with Black Rice and green capsicum only with dried chilli & Sichuan pepper.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh fillet, Black rice, Tapioca Flour, Bok Choy, Green Capsicum, Green Beans, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Sichuan peppercorn, Extra virgin olive oil, Ginger, Red Chili, Sesame Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
