Gourmet Special: Kung Po Chicken with Low Carb noodles KETO
Kung Po Chicken is a spicy stir fry dish. This dish was named after a court official from the Sichuan province in Qing Dynasty who loved his spicy stir fry. A favourite and popular dish that has a slightly salty, tangy and spicy flavour it comes with Low carb noodles, zucchini and a trio of capsicum with dried chilli and Sichuan pepper.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh fillet, Low Carb Noodles, Onion, Bok Choy, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Green Beans, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Fresh Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sichuan peppe, Sichuan peppercorn, Monk Fruit - Sweetener, Extra virgin olive oil, Ginger, Red Chili, Sesame Oil, White Cabbage.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
