FROZEN: Eat Real Fried Rice FODMAP
Our own version of the most popular Asian staple dish in every household. Fried rice with Turmeric & Gluten Free soy sauce with chicken, ham, prawns, fried eggs and vegetables.
Ingredients
Rice, Chicken breast, Carrots, Egg, Ham, Prawns, White Cabbage, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Turmeric, Ground white pepper, Zucchini, Sesame Seeds, Green Capsicum, Sesame Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
