Sesame Chicken Complete Meal FODMAP

Ingredients
Chicken breast, Sweet potato, Pumpkin, Broccoli, White Cabbage, Carrots, Green Beans, Tapioca Flour, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Ground white pepper, Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Sesame Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
