We didn't want the vegans to miss out on a Korean Dish that we have done for our Fit Meal Range. Eggplant cooked in Korean Chilli and spices with plant base protein soaked in Gluten Free soy sauce, rice vinegar with ginger, garlic and a dash of maple syrup.

Ingredients
Eggplant, Basmati rice, Maple Syrup, Vegetable stock, Plant based protein, Onion, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Rice wine vinegar, Ginger, Shallots, Fresh Garlic, Coriander (Fresh), Sesame Oil, Sesame seed, Ground white pepper, Himalayan Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
