Sweet Potato Noodles, Chicken breast, Broccoli, Green Beans, Bok Choy, Carrots, Extra virgin olive oil, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Ground white pepper, White Cabbage, Red Cabbage.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
