Chicken breast, Low Carb Noodles, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Bok Choy, Zucchini, Green Beans, Red Capsicum, Onion, Bamboo Shoots, Sesame Oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Shitake Mushrooms, Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Himalayan Salt, Ground white pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
