Broccoli, Green Beans, Zucchini, Mushroom, Red Cabbage, White Cabbage, Onion, Carrots, Wombok, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilli.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
