Chickpeas, Basmati rice, Cauliflower, Red Kidney Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Fresh Garlic, Maple Syrup, Cumin Powder, Thyme, Curry powder, Allspice, Ground Coriander, Paprika, Spice Berries, Habernero, Himalayan Salt, Chilli Powder.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
