White potato, Lamb Shank, Beef bones, Zucchini, Carrots, Fetta, Natural yoghurt, Organic Butter, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Lemon, Oregano, Mixed Herbs (dried), Mint, Oregano (dried), Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
