Beef Rendang Curry with Cauli Rice KETO
Rendang is a rich and tender coconut beef curry that is a popular in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. This dish is often served at ceremonial occasions to honor guests. I make this dish more wet than dry and it does have a kick to it. This is one of my all time favourite curry to eat. (Comes with Cauliflower Rice not depicted in the picture)
Ingredients
Cauliflower, Grassfed Beef, Coconut Cream, Natural Tamarind, Coconut flakes, Dried Chilli, Lemongrass, Galangal, Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Cumin Powder, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamon pod, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
