Salmon, Low Carb Noodles, Broccoli, Bok Choy, Green Beans, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Olive Oil, Fresh Garlic, Korean Chili Flakes, Sesame Oil, Monk Fruit - Sweetener, Ground Black pepper, Himalayan Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
