Often served at weddings, this classic Malay dish has a wonderful blend of sweet, spicy and tangy flavours. Everytime I eat it I make an agreement with myself that I should eat it more often!

Passata, Chicken Drumstick, Spice Paste [Onion, Garlic, Ginger, chilli flakes, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, ground cardamom], Tomato Sauce, Fresh Tomato, Onion, lime wedge, Kecap manis (Wheat, Soy), Caster sugar, fried shallots, Turmeric, Star anise

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Soy.

Preparation and storage notes

1.Peel back corner film.
2.Heat on high for 3-4 min or until heated through.
3.Let stand for 1 min.
4.Carefully peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
