Dhal Soup with Sumac and Lemon - FROZEN DOWN

'This is the most comforting dish to have during Ramadan', says food writer Dina Macki. This dhal soup is delicious and uses red lentils which are light on the stomach, and the juice of a lemon adds a lovely zing.

Water, Coconut milk, Red lentils, Fresh Tomato, Onion, fried shallots, Lemon, Garlic, Fine sea salt, Ginger, Mustard seed, Turmeric, Sumac

Preparation and storage notes

1. Peel back corner of film.
2. Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
3. Let stand for 1 min.
4. Carefully peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
