Preparation and storage notes

FROM FROZEN
Microwave: Peel back corner of film. Heat on high at 1000W for 6 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully remove film. Stir and serve. Ensure food is at least 75C prior to consumption.
