Red Braised Pork could almost be the national dish of China. From the province of Hunan, this dish consists of slowly braised pork belly that is then caramelised and stir fried with star anise, a hint of chilli, Shaoxing wine and soy.

Pork belly, Broccoli, Shaoxing (Wheat), Asian greens, Onion, Brown sugar, Veg oil, Spring onion, Soy, Garlic, Ginger, Bird's eye chilli, Cinnamon, Star anise

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Soy.

Preparation and storage notes

1.Peel back corner film.
2.Heat on high for 3-4 min or until heated through.
3.Let stand for 1 min.
4.Carefully peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
