Vegetarian Nut Loaf (Whole loaf - 10 slices)
Often an alternative to roast meat, this nut loaf is bursting with flavour and texture, and goes extremely well with the classic roast dinner trimmings. Leftovers can be frozen.

Ingredients
Pecan Nuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Carrot, Onion, Leek, Peanut butter, Almond milk, Cranberry, Celery, Parsley, Garlic, Fine sea salt, Lemon zest.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove brown paper and cling wrap. slice into 10 slices and heat in foil in oven at 180c for 10-15 min or until heated through.
