Whole Roasted Christmas Cauliflower with Cranberry Rice Pilaf
Wow your guests at Christmas with a spectacular whole roasted cauliflower! Honey-roast, nutty cauliflower with a tahini marinade is served with sweet pops of pomegranate and caramelised onion rice.
Ingredients
Cauliflower, Rice Pilau for Whole Cauliflower (Basmati rice, Onion, Pomegranate, Olive oil, Cranberry, pistachio, Parsley, Cumin, Fennel seeds, Bay leaves), Whole Cauliflower Tahini Paste (Tahini, Honey, Olive oil, Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala, Lemon zest), Greek yoghurt, Pomegranate Molasses.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in oven at 180c for 10-15 min or until heated through. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with toppings.
