Labne with Zaatar, Pomegranate and Pistachios
Frequently used in Mediterranean cuisine today, labneh is made from yogurt that we strain for two days to make a thick, consistency similar to whipped cream cheese. It's also packed with protein and gut-healthy probiotics....so you're doing yourself a favour! Flavoured with Zaatar (sesame seed and thyme blend), pomegranate and pistachios.

Greek yoghurt, Olive oil, Pomegranate, pistachio, Mint leaves, Garlic, Lemon juice, za'atar (thyme, sesame seed, oregano), Fine sea salt.
